How do I book a suite or the entire property?

You can reserve individual King Suites or the entire PUR Private property directly through our website or by contacting our reservation team. Groups of six or more are encouraged to book at least six months in advance to secure priority dates and discounted rates.

What amenities are included with the suites?

Each King Suite features Belizean hardwood decor, private access to the pool, air conditioning, and comfortable furnishings. Guests also enjoy access to the Jaguar House’s full kitchen, dining areas, and outdoor balconies. Complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping are provided.

Can I arrange tours and activities through PUR Private?

Yes, our concierge service can help you pre-book a variety of land and sea adventures including snorkeling, fishing charters, mainland Mayan ruins tours, and custom boat charters. We also offer equipment rentals like kayaks and paddleboards for your convenience.

Are meals included during my stay?

Our stay packages can include two gourmet dinners and two breakfasts prepared by our onsite Private Chef. Menus feature fresh, local ingredients with island-inspired dishes. Additional meal options and all-inclusive rates are available upon request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days, a partial refund may be offered depending on the booking dates and availability. We recommend reviewing the full policy during booking for details.
